I think Digne dropped off a bit mate. I dont think you're wrong really, but I'd probably have Mina, DCL, Richarlison ahead of them.

I think that's a fairly easy answer. We sold the two best players from that team and didn't replace them. So the 10th best team or whatever wasn't that anymore.

We underachieved last year. We haven't overachieved since we finished 5th. The rest has been about right.

Please refer back to my original question, which was querying why lampard has to wait for completion of free transfer tarkowski, before he can work on getting another player for a different position, as stated by the post you linked.

Which makes even less sense when all the reports (and the fact tarkowski is still under contract for a further 2 weeks with burnley) are that it won't be formally confirmed until July. So why can't he prioritise it now, knowing the tarkowski deal is all but formally confirmed.
