I think last season was a one off due to the Benitez, his relationship with a few of the players and also the atmosphere from the fan base with him here. Negativity from all sides.
Our squad is arguably better with everyone fit than it has been at times previously in the last few seasons.
I also think Lampard has a clear plan of what he wants and how he wants to play, hopefully he gets his players and not just what Thelwell wants or it will be doomed to fail from the start.

He implied we didnt have the players for it, I would argue that the players I listed have ideal skill sets for each role.
If he meant we dont have the quality we would want, then I agree and I would counter do we have the quality we would want for any formation, currently.
