Just had a look at Mudryk after Fab mentioned we were after him. Looks brilliant! Okay, some of the games looked like they were in the local park, but that doesn’t matter does it????
Yeah he is decent him, but he is a left winger, I could only see it if Gordon went tbh but he is destined to be a star no doubt.

This FFP stuff is so corrupt.

Modern football was built on the media creaming themselves about record-breaking transfer fees and wages, as well as multi-billion dollar club takeovers by foreign conglomerates.

Now the ‘top’ clubs are in their own league, they’ve well and truly pulled up the ladder.
FFP has gone, forget about it.

You only have to look around the League to see that every single club has forgotten about it.

It’s all about the EPL having as strong as brand as they can. Helps with TV deals. It’s farcical!

Bet West Ham now have a higher wage bill than us. Should be about to break the ffp?
No, they were probably even-steven with the league last season given the way the league has calculated sustainability during COVID. They don't get to ignore as much as we do on expenses since they're leasing the stadium, but their overall loss was pretty minimal and the things they can discount (such as the academy) probably cost as much as their loss last season.

We've bled something like three times the red ink they have over the last three seasons, which is why we had to sell Richarlison. They can splash the cash in this window if they want. With ticket sales added back in, they'll make allowable losses. It's going to tighten down a lot going forward unless they sell Rice and/or Soucek.

I think its a combination of Covid and the rest of the league seeing them doing nothing about us, we have basically killed the transfer market yet again.
