Buying a lot of players and loaning some out would not be a bad strategy. Generally speaking someone will hit and end up decent. It'd be better than what we do now.

The problem here is we've let players leave who may have been up to it but we never bothered to find out because why would you when you have Gylfi Sigurdsson and Bernard?

Do not fear brothers. Townsend could do a job for us. He has a decent turn of pace, has an eye for goal and can spot a pass. If you imagine him on the end of Begovic's through balls it'd actually work quite well.

Well course we have. Rom is probably the best striker we’ve had in 30years. International CB’s Players from Barca, a french international left back. Gomes was an international when we bought him. A young Brazilian who’s now a regular for Brazil at 24.
