The thing about Begovic and Townsend is that if we add actual good quality to the squad then they’ll be seen as sensible depth signings on low money, something we lacked last year after having kids and 2 keepers on the bench most of the time.

If we got Townsend and a starting right winger I’d actually say it’d be decent seeing as we have literally no one in the squad in that position.

What? Is there anyone else you think we should sign who was good in 2016? Danny Rose, perhaps, or Wes Morgan?

Well course we have. Rom is probably the best striker we’ve had in 30years. International CB’s Players from Barca, a french international left back. Gomes was an international when we bought him. A young Brazilian who’s now a regular for Brazil at 24.

Yes we’ve over spent wasted money, but we’re attracting a better class of player than we could if we had no money. Which is obvious. Problem these days, compared to 20yrars ago. All prem teams now have money
