Everton Summer transfers 2021

We did that last year when we signed Allan and Rodriguez.
However, our best signing was a player from the championship who got relegated the season before.
You see my point?

Spot on that - dont get me wrong I'll say if I think a player we are signing is crap (Begovic is utter trash) but no point crying and talking about mid table finishes when we could go out and sign a Coutinho in the next month or so.

Too many impatient fans who listen to fakenews on Everton social media and runaway with it to create a false narrative.

Gray and Townsend are starters next season and James/Richarlison are being sold is the current one.

This is too close to home. The aftermath of a few uni nights/mornings out didn't look much better than this.

If we sign Townsend and Gray and get rid of Bernard and Iwobi then that will be very good business. Uninspiring, but good business. I don't actually mind Townsend, but admit I've seen barely anything of Gray. He is one of those players who may have a point to prove.

Dwight Gale on the other hand is highly rated. I'd be pleased with him.
You're either insane or got the wrong Dwight!

Looks like we're in poundland then....

Gray is not bad for buttons - could be great/could fall flat on his arse and be poo.

Begovic, Townsend and Dwight are all a bit bland and boring for me. Dwight ain't worth what they are asking, but at least he won't be able to score once a season worldies past us if we get him.

I just really want to see some of the deadwood expelled from the squaaaaad - cmon Benitez, I thought you were meant to be ruthless?!

Townsend will be in deadwood category in less than 6 months, gray and begovic will seamlessly slot into to the bench/ no threat to the first team at all. Anything more than £25 million for mcneil is iwobi territory and another potential disaster for the club and its world renowned DOF.

I mean... we're more likely to not be a 10th-placed PL team if we keep James, aren't we...
I guess what I mean is, James is sort of a luxury player at this point in his career. He doesn't work hard either on matchday or in training. He doesn't play centrally anymore which is where we would need him. He's also always injured and milks his injuries for long spells out.

I think he would be good in spurts for a team competing for silverware. But we need players who will put in a shift.

Such low-level trolling. You've got to be bolder than this, mate. The ITKs that live long in the memory burn bright and short. Playing it safe gets you nowhere.

You can do this. Use my man @Johnnytotal for inspiration if you need to. Make your mark. Take your rightful place in GoT folklore.

I believe in you.

I did actually hear this on Friday, but wasn't sure.

I am aware that we're looking at another forward, one which hasn't been mentioned on here yet. So will be another player out if the blue and another player on a free, again not mentioned in here.
