Have we got better or worse under Brands? Bear in mind our final league positions in that time before you give a subjective opinion.Respectfully disagree mate.
Virtually everybody was made up when we signed Bernard.
He was on a free as his contract was run down. It was a gamble worth taking. It didn't pay off , but was still worth trying.
Delph again has been a failure , but the logic was correct , smallish transfer fee and therefore higher wages. Flexible position wise , PL winner , but injury doubts.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing.
I have no problems with Begovic , Townsend or Gray as squad signings (although slightly surprised that the latter got a 3 year contract).
Iwobi is the one that stands out though !. Nothing against the lad , but never rated him at Arsenal , was willing to give him a chance , but we massively overpaid re the fee , and his salary
#notmymanagerNo way to talk about your manager

That's how to use a hashtag, wee man.
Is that also not a reflection on the managers / coaches during this time. All of whom , for one reason or another , have failed totally. I remember your whole hearted support for Ancelotti, did you stop supporting the club when your head fell off at the back end of last season?Which means you mustn't be an Evertonian as last time I checked Rafael Benitez is EFC manager...

What is on Brands exactly? As DoF isn't he in charge of all football related activities? For example, manager recruitment? Is that also not a reflection on the managers / coaches during this time. hand , and literally couldn't be ar*ed towards the end of his short tenure. That is not on Brands , and we all wanted Carlo,
That would have been a weird unprompted sentence to independently proffer, tbf.Never once said he wasn't my manager...

Really? What's under the mask?Unfortunately your mask has slipped these last few weeks. I thought I knew you better.
Ironic you speak of masks slipping.Unfortunately your mask has slipped these last few weeks. I thought I knew you better.
No mate. We still wear our masks. We aren't idiot anti-vaxxer bellends.Unfortunately your mask has slipped these last few weeks. I thought I knew you better.
Respectfully , you are now getting a bit silly mate. What is on Brands exactly? As DoF isn't he in charge of all football related activities? For example, manager recruitment?
I don't think he has recruited a manager in his entire time here, which means he isn't really the DoF of this club. I reckon he has only been the "architect" of about 30% of our transfers as well. He's useless, utterly useless. I honestly don't know what we pay him for.Respectfully , you are now getting a bit silly mate.
Do you really think that Brands brought Carlo in ?
It was simply Moshiri trying to raise the profile of the club , and
again , that was meritorious.
Carlo was given a free hand , and undoubtedly some of the signings were entirely down to him.
Sometimes things don't work out , and we have to move on.
Blaming people for things that is not their fault is not helpful.
We disagree - so be it.
