Did he do that well at PSG?
When you look more closely he scored many of the goals against the bottom 5/6 in that league.
And you have to ask if he did that well why PSG couldnt be arsed putting their hands in their pocket to sign him. That says more about peoples opinions to me. Money talks. Bullsh!t walks.
 
Longstaff for Davies? That would generate some feeling.

Firstly since when has the ability to score goals in a top league been decided by looking at who the goals were scored against? Poor opposition or not its a goal. You could equally say Kane isn't as good because he scored loads of penalties (I'm not saying Kean is anywhere near Kane's level by the way just illustrating a point). I honestly don't think he's been given a fair chance for instance along the lines that DCL got when starting for us. PSG for me know we can't spend so are trying to take the mick plus since he scored the bulk of his goals for them the manager changed and maybe he doesn't fancy him as much.

They've signed Buendia and Bailey.

When you are a side that is rebuilding, you need goals to ensure you don't get stuck in a rut.

Ings, if he stays fit (which is the issue) provides goals.

But what we know of Martinez's spending he did well with big deals: Lukaku and McCarthy. If he'd had the cash that Koemageddon and then Brands got we wouldn't be in this position right now with loads of expensive players with minimal talent hard to shift.

Hahaha, am not sure if that totally answers the question hahaha, I am going to take it he is the better one, as surely they wouldn't ask £50m for the crap one lol lol lol

Ill be honest haven't seen anything of him so cant really comment on comparison with Davies, I will say this though, I thought Tom done well when he filled in for Allan last season, I thought he finally got to grips with a role.
