He’s needed replacing for 3 years but c’mon calling him an OAP is a bit much, I mean I’m 4 years older than himHe's terrible, and so is Kenny.
Yes, can’t wait at all………Shaping up to be an exciting season
Think this was supposed to be posted on a Chelsea ForumShaping up to be an exciting season
I wonder if plan B is just go with what we've got this season, hope Norwich get relegated again and then go back in for Aarons. This RB situation stinks of two summers ago when we had no plan B for Zaha after chasing him all summer and ended up panic buying Iwobi for £30 mill. You'd have thought lessons would have been learnt

We might be joining them with that sort of plan!I wonder if plan B is just go with what we've got this season, hope Norwich get relegated again and then go back in for Aarons.
I would glady welcome a sell to buy model. Even a semi competent one. Giving this regime. There's a stadium to pay for as well.
I think the club will seize on the PL financial regulations and FFP. They need to underline to stadium investors that they're not a basket case.
We're into a cycle of sell-to-buy for years to come.
Get used to the way things have been this summer.
Suspect another season of battling it out in mid table and then we’ll most likely see some of our more saleable assets go next summer. We might be joining them with that sort of plan!
TBF I don't think we will go down but I can't see us doing anything positive this season.
Probably correct. Fun this isn't it.Suspect another season of battling it out in mid table and then we’ll most likely see some of our more saleable assets go next summer.
The unpredictability of football lolProbably correct. Fun this isn't it.
The club is to blame for allowing ourselves to get into a position where we can’t buy a player due to our position in regard to FFP. Brands must shoulder his part of the blame but the club have been heading down a cul-de-sac for some years now. Buying poorly and then giving those poor players big contracts has just hamstrung us. We are now going to have to let these players run down their big money contracts before we can get rid. I can understand why they do it but it annoys me greatly when a player capable of getting a game and a wage elsewhere will sit on his hands and let someone else, and now someone on much lower wages and probably free transfer, take on the responsibility of keeping the team going.Brands - well played…courts the player for months and couple days from kickoff we’ve got an oap at right back.
That will depend on Inter selling Martinez and needing an extra body with DzekoSelling Kean is our only hope of spending some dough on the positions in desperate need of investment.
