Also goes on to say, clubs continuously breaking the rules could face bans from competitionsAnd @Neiler The key thing there is this though:
"Any club in breach of those rules will have to pay a luxury tax where 'the equivalent or more' of any overspend would go into a pot to be shared among other clubs."
So basically if you pay above the salary rate its more a financial punishment than a sporting one like bans/points deductions.
Marvelous just hope the PL follows suit.
LONG LIVE USMANOV!
So if the PL were to adopt them to replace cost and sustainability - which is 99% likely, there would be no limit on transfer fees but a wage cap of 70% of income!
Be on loanYou really think we’ll shell out £30 million for a full back in his thirties? No.
Indeed...but if you keep breaking the rules it is mentioned that there is the possibilities for harsher sanctions...so maybe for one year or 2 is OK, but then you'll eventually fall in line. And @Neiler The key thing there is this though:

It’ll be 1-1 after 75 mins tomorrow and our manager will look at the bench and see Delph, Iwobi, Kenny, Nkounkou, while Rodriguez & Kean are sat at home

Agree, but I also guess on what they are accused of.Should be suspended on full pay until the outcome is decided. You can't just not give someone their salary whilst you hold their registration when they haven't been found guilty of anything.
With all them teams in we have no chance!
Shame really as this CM is exciting and has everything Pace, Work Rate, Energy and height whilst being interchangeable.....
Gbamin
Zakaria Doucoure
Apparently luxury tax is really effective in NBA. Not only do you get fines but the fines go directly to competitors who'll reap benefits. A double blow.Indeed...but if you keep breaking the rules it is mentioned that there is the possibilities for harsher sanctions...so maybe for one year or 2 is OK, but then you'll eventually fall in line.
