They have Michel Rablat who is scouting senior players in France and Habib Bamogo that focusses on youth. Portugal I'm not sure. But the Italian, Scandinavian scouts all got binned. They wanted to focus a smaller market and build up better connections there, but at least pre-covid the scouting was mostly done by home-based scouts and not resident scouts abroad (except France). No idea with CoVID how they do it... Or if they've restructured at all in the last 12 months or so
