Pirlo liked him. He’s a tenacious player who you always know will turn up and give his all. I think the fans would love him

Dunno, I could see another wide player. Rircharlison is best centrally and outside of Gray and Townsend we then only have Iwobi who can play out wide. That's not the greatest options in the world. I'd love to see a wide player with a bit of flair come in, although given the budget atm that looks doubtful.

Still fully expect Kean and James to go, reckon that's when we'll sign McNeil whomi'm not elated about.

Played every game he was available for.

Supposedly unfit and overweight when he joined but thrived under Pirlo, often being the main 'defensive' player in the midfield.

One thing though, after about 60-70mins he looked shattered. However, he really ran himself into the ground every match which could be why lol

Id take him based on how he played under Pirlo.
