Rangers might think he is a future World beater but it's 2021 not 2030 - he is 19 and played the equivalent of under 10 games in all competitions including early SLC and Europa League qualifications last season.

£5m is a fair amount but obviously Rangers won't accept the first offer.

I'd go back in with £4.5m!

I see things objectively.

He has played 17 games for an ale house team.

That's my case against handing Gerrard a load of cash and him laughing his bollocks off for recieving it for a player he has bolted to the bench at the Glasgow Dog and Duck FC.
 
Imagine bailing Gerrard's team out financially for the bollocks he made of their CL qualification tie.

FFS, it's perverse.

Let him stew in his own piss and mug some other club off for £10M for his unwanted substitute.

We need to just crack on. They tested the ground with a very reasonable £5M bid for a no mark from the SPL, now we need to see the club focus on getting a RB in with a lot of top flight experience.


Come on, let's move on.
 

Looking at the rangers forums they quite rate that Patterson. I think gerrard is overplaying the ridicule re the bid given how financially knackered they are - if they depart the europa league this week they’ll be conducting a fire sale before the window is out

For us to go from £5mil to £10mil would mean we are only increasing from £1mil to £2mil on the books this year, if he he is put on a 5 year deal.
