The FA have curbed our spending as we heavily in debt - the other clubs have not wasted the money we have or their benefactors have put the money in, plus we need savings for a new ground - welcome to Everton RB - Carlo & co plus past managers & DOF have left this mess - we have sown what we now reap sadly .....

Debt isn’t our problem. Year on year losses are & given reduced match day income last year it’s a difficult position. If we had of added a winger & a RB I do feel our squad would have been reasonably balanced but not to be

Where does everyone think we'll finish? I'd say 7th-10th. Last season's points total would normally get you a few places higher so Europe is possible, especially if West Ham or Leicester drop off a bit. Things aren't that bad are they?

Stadium funding != transfer funds

Infrastructure funding doesn't count to FFP or PL restrictions.

The money has to come from somewhere though, including future debt repayments to fund the build which directly filter into the profit and loss account through interest payments.

To think the two are not linked is bonkers.
