Empoli and Napoli gives him approximately two more than any of the managers we've hired since Moyes.

That's the thing though, he builds teams up and it doesn't even take that long.

Lets go back to why we are sacking Carlo? What are the reasons for sacking an Everton manager with the 2nd best win percentage in our entire history?

He took Empoli from bad in the second tier to staying up their first season in the first. Took Napoli from Europa to constant CL level and second best in the league behind Juve despite Juve poaching his best player. Are we still doing the Sarri stinks thing? I mean the argument was "LOL hasn't won anything" but that doesn't even work anymore. The guy can coach.

Obviously we aren't sacking Carlo. But that stat won't last forever without some work.

Didnt Ancelotti do similar at Parma and Reggiana?

Before he then did his best work at Milan, Chelsea, PSG & Real Madrid.
