No idea, think a statement saying the procedure went well and he's expected to be back for preseason wouldn't be too intrusive. Or that he was expected to have a longer recovery time.
 
Our defence isn't bad we don't concede more than a few much. Unless we get a decent bid for Keane or Mina and have a more dominant replacement lined up I wouldn't change that area. It's the other end and controlling a game we struggle with more.

Doesn't sound like there's much substance in it but you would be paying for potential I guess. No idea what our budget is we have more pressing positions to fill but 20m for a eighteen year old French international wouldn't be that much of a risk. Worse case he isn't good enough you could loan him out like we did with Kean and then even make money even average players can go for more. He has age on his side.

I'm fine with it so long as he can be trusted to play now too.

Also he plays for Senegal.
 
He looks promising from what I've seen but who knows if we are even interested, I am guessing we would need to shift a midfielder to bring one in.

This is off-topic, but how can you watch this clip (from 00:26) and deem it to be Soyuncu's fault!? Tielemans loses it in the middle, Fofana commits and loses his player and then a number of them are playing him onside yet you've picked the one player who could do nothing about it to blame?

Honestly madness.

I've watched it back. Fofana and Evans are maybe playing him on but it is hard to say and we'd get one of those VAR MM decisions. But we don't need to because Soyuncu has been kind enough to run a further two yards back and make it extremely obvious that he's on.

Even if it isn't the only mistake on the play it is bad defending. He's crap.

If we get coutinho I would say loan with an option to buy with a set fee. Don’t let Barcelona exploit us as a smaller club. If they want him gone they have to work for it. NOT €40 million upfront before we know how good he is again in the prem lol
 
Everton are willing to shell out a fee understood to be in the region of £35m to sign Barcelona’s attacking midfielder Philippe Coutinho in the summer.


According to Marca, the Merseyside outfit are looking to capitalise on Barcelona’s financial pressure by tabling an offer for the former Liverpool player.
