Just for a season I'd like to see a loan deal for an experienced forward to complete the development of DCL. Someone like Dzeko or Giroud or Aguero. They must be on the move at their ages and up for a challenge.

Not a chance with Aguero. But I think a season training with Dzeko and the lad would come on leaps and bounds.

I happen to think Forden is already a better player, the ceiling for the lad’s ability holds no bounds. That is probably why he is keeping Sterling out of the city team.

Sterling has started 28 out of 36 games for City since Christmas. That doesn't sound like a player being kept out of the team.

Why is Sterling being discussed? City have made absolutely no indication of wanting to let him go and (considering the price they'd ask for him) why would we go for him ahead of Foden, Grealish, Sancho, Callum Hudson-Odoi or Mason Mount?

....yep, I think he was too moody and was always inclined to leave. Don’t disagree with your comparison assessment with Iwobi.

Fair enough. But I think it’s quite telling that Foden has started in both games against Dortmund and PSG last week, in arguably their biggest games of the season (considering how desperate he is to win the CL) Pep will have picked his strongest teams for those games and Sterling didn’t start. Could be tactical I know, but a city ST neighbour has said Sterling has been awful this year. Maybe it is a loss of form or maybe Pep sees Foden as the better player.

Sterling has been awful this year.

Sterling would walk in to any team in the league. He'd probably walk in to any team in the top 5 leagues in Europe. Even with his 'awful' form this season.

Foden is becoming a world class player so if Sterling is slightly less good than Foden he's still preddy damn good.

Aguero is definitely leaving the end of the season, they’ve already announced. His fine game will be against us.

We can get him, I believe. These are the type of possibilities Ancelotti affords us.
