It won't but it would be fun and take my mind off the appointmentThey are idiots if they think that will work.

Another transitional seasonI'm most worried about 'the new manager needs time to assess the squad so there will be no major buys this season'...

least of our worries, if the fat kopite is appointed i'll just be glad if we arent in a relegation battle

I'm actually not entirely convinced that Benitez, for example, would give all of them a 'clean slate'.Potentially worst management appointment we could have made, and an underperforming squad who yet again get another clean slate instead of being cleared out.
I won't lie if I said the upcoming season doesn't worry me. The appointment alone is bad enough, but the fact its another clean slate for players who should be jettisoned into a volcano, just makes the concern even larger.

He's familiar with this league and will be with a number of the players at the club. I reckon, day one, he'll already have a good idea of whom he'll want to dump/replace. He has previous for jettisoning players whom aren't working in his system.
Is that the lad who played for Grenada last season in the Europa? he looked a decent player him.Apparently City are going to try offload a few of their many loaned out players. Would deffo be looking at Pedro Porro (RB) and Yangel Herrera (CM).

Why would Leao, who starts for AC Milan in the champions league and competes for the league, leave for midtable Everton?
This summer should have been about moving several players on and cracking on with improving the squad.
Instead we've turned it into an absolute debacle where we've spent almost a month trying to appoint Benitez.
I can't get over how poorly run the club is these days. Now they are happy to ignore the supporters as well. Can we not go back to about 2009 and actually like following the club again?
