I grew up in WA3 (cue lots of wool accusations). Plenty of blues in Warrington but my parents (One from Knotty Ash the other from Old Swan) chose to live between Warrington and the wasteland that is Manchester. Even made me go to grammar school there....had to keep my allegiance mostly to myself but couldn't resist letting it slip when a Joe Royle goal knocked Man Utd out of the cup at OT.
