It's exactly the same with the resale site. There's loads of STH's who have no intention of attending many matches and the club facilitates them reselling to fans who are on the waiting list who'd go to every game.

All they have to do, is make people turn up and collect their tickets.

Or at least do 10%.

Simple as. I remember a time when 350 fans were invited to Finch Farm as they'd attended every game in a season- as a thank you.

In about 3 years, that shot up to about 1,000.

Yeah he deffo was a match goer.

That’s what I thought, but I suppose the law can’t stop him from buying memberships and selling the tickets. That must be down to the club, however, I suspect they were none the wiser because they allowed the same fella to purchase a bulk load of memberships in order to get these tickets (1 ticket per membership and he sold 460 odd tickets for the first 13 games)

Seen him with a fat envelope of tickets at every away game. Would always be the first person I would go to and ask if any spares.

Seemed like a genuine blue. I’m confused what he has done wrong?

He’s constantly on everyone from their ticket , don’t know what forced Everton into taken him to court but didn’t something happen at Luton along with some on claiming they bought his season ticket for one match for 25 and then he sold it for 50 ?
