Bold statement here....if Janssen translated this seasons form in the Prem then we would have been top 6. I think he would have been the fop scorer easily.

Whether he can do that next season or this was a one off is the gamble but i think hes the next dutch great striker to appear....

Bazoer in midfield as well.

honestly no matter who we get as a manager i think we need to bring in a proper leader, someone who is experienced, won titles and expects the best.

A Roy Keane 'type' of player, someone to lead on the pitch and over-all be a bit of a see you next tuesday, i think we've lacked that since cahill left.

All prices are insane at the moment. 20m would be the equivalent of around 10m only a few years ago before the TV deal. Bony is the only one available that we can be reasonably certain will be able to replace Rom effectively.

Although if we got Frank De Boer and we went for Milik or Jansen then I would I trust his judgement.

We need an organizer in defence thats for sure.

Also we need a midfield "general".

Lacking leadership in 2 key areas. The best teams always habe a CB and CM who are captain and vice captain....we have no one.

I don't particularly have anyone in mind for it, but i'd hope that's something our scouting system / next manager will address and get their own idea of who can do it.
