We need an organizer in defence thats for sure.

Also we need a midfield "general".

Lacking leadership in 2 key areas. The best teams always habe a CB and CM who are captain and vice captain....we have no one.

Jags is a very good organiser, but he isn't the type of 'commander' we need ON the pitch.

Also look at Stokes points with/without Shawcross as theres a huge disparity.

It doesnt have to be a player in their prime either, it could be anyone but needs to be able to play well alongside Stones and a big enough presence to really stun the players that we now have this guy coming on to lead the team.

The only player like this weve been linked with is Manolas but also Howedes could fit the profile...

This must be a priority for the manager as well as the rest of the spine...we really lack leaders.
