Will he interesting to see who Koeman targets. Would love Forster he's a top keeper. Don't really want any others from Southampton as I feel we've got good options in those positions anyway.

Yeah Forster would be amazing, there's nothing wrong with backing up other positions though, I wouldn't mine Mane or Tadic

Really hoping we can poach Forster, Ward-Prowse and van Dijk from Southampton. Maybe even Tadic, Mane and Wanyama too. Just don't get any of their strikers ffs. Would be happy with 3 of those 6.

Realistic asking prices?

Wanyama has one year left on his contract - 10m
Tadic and Mane have two years left - 10m / 20m
The others on long-term deals:
- Forster 20m
- Ward-Prowse 10m
- van Dijk 15m

How about a combined swoop for Forster, Wanyama and van Dijk for 40m?

why is forster your #1 target? I'd rather go for someone a lot better (imo) like Leno. Guy is the #2 keeper in the German national team. Behind the best keeper in the world.

Didn't say he was my top target, not that my targets matter because I don't know much about football, the point was more don't worry about a top player costing X or y because we will be in a position to pay it.

No need to be dropping 40 mill on a keeper IMO. Plenty of good keepers about for logical sheckles.

fair enough, but if you are going to be spending £X on a player, don't you want to get the best player £X will buy? Forster is 2nd/3rd choice for England. Butland would be in front of him if he weren't injured. Leno would cost roughly the same and is a much better keeper. Watched a lot of Leverkusen over the last 18 months, he's excellent.
