For me we need to try and get a keeper as cheap as possible. Not a time to be wasting good money this Summer on one as we have so many needs elsewhere.

A Mandanda on a free type deal would be good.

I disagree. I think its just as important as getting in a good midfielder or back up striker. Get a decent keeper at good age and he could be here for 5 or 6 years

I'd spend 15 million plus on a keeper. It's crucial.. Look at the euros likes of buffon and neur are just brilliant. Even look at when we had big Nev. They stop you from losing games

Whatever it too to get the best keeper we could. Leno, Horn have low(ish) release clauses. 18m and 9m i think, horns might even be lower.

People forget that good keepers win games and buying one should not be an area to really scrimp on. Id be happy spending 25m if it meant we got the best keeper we could.

I won't lie, I was pretty gobsmacked when i seen that news last night.

Not a chance he is going there mind... I would be absolutely astounded if he did.

Might be a bit of a rich for him the next day or so - don't Marseille need to clear £30m of debt by the end of the month

Although it is nuts that Palace have had that fee agreed, I can't see him going there. Think a few teams will match that bid now. Not us though.
