Lacazette is a form player and is not consistent enough to play in prem, has quality but not even in top 3 strikers in France, for the money they want for him we can do much better.

I'm not particularly advocating we buy him mate, just pointing out that drops in form sometimes happen.

Lacazette still scored 21 goals in 34 games last season, even allowing for that slump he went through. I wouldn't read too much into it

He scored 8 penalty's in one season.. You can't be serious suggesting Lacazette is on same level as Lukaku regardless of what you think of him.

Im sorry mate I didn't realise that, now I know why im desperate to get rid of Romelu who went 10 games without scoring lol just ignore the fact Lacazette has scored 20+ in his last two seasons Just so you know, there was a statistic flying around saying that French football has the lowest number of goals in the top European leagues, meaning that either A) Its a tough league to score goals. or B) The quality isn't that good.

Two different viewpoints but if a player comes from Lyon worth £35m then it tends to be good business, Essien, Malouda, Benzema to name just three. At one point I would of lost all control for us to sign Juninho, Gonalons, Cris, Lloris, Umtiti etc...

No offence but lukaku would probably score 40 goals in the French league without breaking a sweat

No I think Lukaku is better, but the fact Lacazette scored 20+ in his last two seasons would be enough for me to welcome him here. To be honest Michael most strikers take penalties, look at Romelu for example, also Pen-aldo for Madrid !

To find a mid 20's 20+ goals a season it would cost a fortune, £35m isn't really a lot given the going rate.
