I'd like to think that Koeman and his staff whilst on holiday... have taken and watched every single game we played last season..... so they can at least evaluate what we have and what we need.

Serious question though lads, everything of Kovacic that I've seen makes him out to be a very similar player to Barkley. Could those two be an effective pairing in the center of the park, or would they together be holding onto the ball too long e.t.c.

Kovacic can tackle

He would be DM but picking the ball up and spraying passes or running forward then laying off to barkley...

I'm not saying Mandanda is a bad keeper at all, but we can do better I'm sure.

My mate reckons Tim Krul is decent, although I have slight reservations.

Keeper wise, I'd like Koeman to go back and nab Forster. Class act and better than Joe Hart, in my opinion.

This is how I would put: Forster is as bad as Hart. Hart is not bad, but, and this is what people forget, like most keepers, very capable of a howler.

I'd say you have to look outside the top 4 clubs, well at least not their #1 and see who is available. The big problem is we have nothing to offer, no Europe, no massive stadium at the moment.

I'd go for Butland or Fabianski. I wouldnt be that mortified if it's Forster, Koeman knows better thsn us.

After Belgium's performances in Euro and other, and with Witsel being very much available, he will be linked and will end up at a top club, ie not us, so let's hope it's not RS and rather Chelsea etc

I am going to say no, there's better Italian sources.

They're linking Witsel with Napoli here. Same too us and Stoke.

They've linked that lot with the kid, Zielinski again.

I don't class the RS as a top club, so I would be seriously miffed if he went there, since we can offer everything they can and more.
