Fair enough mate.

I just personally thought he was turbo gash and at times, looked like he had no idea what he was actually doing on the pitch.
 
If Yarmolenko is that good why would he come here? Before any fanboys mention Del and rom they came on loan first as they weren't getting games for their clubs at the time.
But according to some on here yarm is world class so what makes Everton so attractive to a bloke who can walk into most champions league teams?

every signing you ever make can be a risk though, you just have to hope the qualities he has shines through.

But he seems to have the ability, quick feet, stature and speed to be able to make it in the premier league.

He also often turns up internationally, and in the champions / europa league.

Personally i don't think we'll sign him. But i can understand why people want him to.

Also this for me, the lad can take his pick of CL clubs, clubs that actually challenge for titles, if hes so good I mean, why us?

Mirallas was playing games, winning leagues and playing in the champions league with olympiacos, before rejecting arsenal to join us.

He knows he'd be the star player here, and joining a team that has the potential to go very far.

Sometimes players would rather join a club where they know they will play / be wanted, then risk joining a 'bigger' club and not being wanted as much.

My concern is he best position is on the right where I wanted a left winger but he can play at a striker and would be an upgrade on kone. Mirallas must be leaving which again is an upgrade plus we selling Naismith to find the deal

First, cant recall that. A good player, imo, and potentially ace for us.

Second, knowing some of the background, he doesnt seem to be your stereotype footballer. As in show me the cash. Apparently the only club outside the PL he would like to play for is Barcelona, and he isnt, imo, at that level. We have been in contact with him for months, and that has been attractive to him. From what I have been told. Via his school mate.

But lets see.

he is vastly rated to be honest and has been good on the international stage as well as europe and coming to his prime. I think he'll have better offers than us and am not really fretting at the moment, because i don't think it will happen.

there's plenty of players in world football though and we have a manager who can attract them.

why would bill pay £20m for a player when it seems he's about to sell.
