If Yarmolenko is that good why would he come here? Before any fanboys mention Del and rom they came on loan first as they weren't getting games for their clubs at the time.
But according to some on here yarm is world class so what makes Everton so attractive to a bloke who can walk into most champions league teams?

His agent certainly seems to find us attractive having been to Goodison several times which is a bit odd if his client has said he has no interest in a move to Everton.

I just asking for caution, I will state again, ive watched him twice, the first game at Goodison he was AWOL, the 2nd game in KIEV, he was very impressive, its a massive risk IMO. Im all for taking punts on players, but for 20m+, you gotta be sure and im not convinced.

considering I'd never heard of him or seen him before the first leg, I thought he was hands down their best player on the night and bossed our defence single handedly.

Mate, it was done dusted and sealed last summer. Until the CL groups were drawn. IIRC, if Kiev had ended up in the group that Donesk drew, (instead of them like) chances are he would be here by now.

True but he seems to have been here more than you'd expect for just general networking.

Like you am a bit ambivalent to his signing as would prefer a natural left winger but do think there is genuine interest in the move from both the player and Everton.

I just personally thought he was turbo gash and at times, looked like he had no idea what he was actually doing on the pitch.

He was. Look at our home defeat to Birmingham in the FA cup for proof. He had a sweet left foot, but that's all he had. Offered very little to the team.

Nar I think its like 50/50 at the moment, we will look at getting this crowded fixture list out the way then overload Naismith and McGeady.
