Our short term future is a lot more important than the first 3 or so games. If we were told we had to wait until deadline day to get all out number one targets. I'd much prefer that than getting poorer backup versions in just so they can start the first two games or so.

...that would be good if it happened but it is high risk waiting until the last minute. If they fall through it'll be even more of a panic.
