Not quite the heart-warming news most are look for @The Esk - priorities are seen as a dominant midfielder, a top class goalie, a top class centre-back and a decent forward to play with and/or put pressure on Lukaku to live up to his own estimation of himself.

We need a new spine through the team, not flouncy types who flitter in and out of games.

And the pessimist in me fears any loanee from OT would have strings attached in terms of someone going the other way on a permanent basis, someone we'd far rather retain.

Ease ones troubled brow if only a little... please.

I'm not over excited by the Januzaj link but let's see the bigger picture at the end of the transfer window.

Loan? For Januzaj? This is becoming worrying. VERY worrying.

I laughed at all the people moaning about same old Everton, no money to spend etc. But this doesn't do much to suggest things are going to change.
