This might be a good sign for a couple of reasons. Loan to buy is the best option for a player that is only potential. We have lost quiet a few players so uor squad needs building. Loaning players may mean we are keeping the money for 3 or 4 big signings without losing anyone. Also I think this points st maybe Deulofeu could be given a floating role?

I welcome this if true. We've been desperate for a left footed winger to give some balance. A loan with an option to buy is low risk and we need players now.
Our more limited than thought budget will remain intact to be spent elsewhere.
