he is definatly NOT a premier league striker.

he missed 5 easy chances on saturday alone. he even tackled himself at one point when all he needed to do was shoot.

he over thinks things when clear thro on goal. clinical he isnt. and you need to be uber clinical in the prem

14 goals in 21 games for spains under 21's is pretty impressive given that spain were the dominant force in football for a good 6 years not too long ago
