Tevez was touted to return to West Ham, reckon he would be great for us for a season or two. Granted 200k a week demands may be a stumbling block!

Only seen PSG in Europe myself, couldn't stoomach watching them win 9-0 every week in the league

But yeah if asked to describe how Rabiot played etc, the most informative answer would be 'he is the most French centre mid you will ever see' - mean that in a good way btw.

He's actually IMO anyway a younger more athletic version of Witsel but without the experience etc

and no way on earth can see PSG letting him go when he's from Paris and loved by the PSG fans

You clearly are being obtuse, whether it is deliberate or not is unclear. Nobody has argued that they should have been given further contracts, but it is obvious that they need replacing with players that are at least of the standard that those players used to offer. Claiming that Everton have improved through failing to replace such players is just nonsense, absolute nonsense.

I've never said we improved. You were lamenting the fact that we didn't replace them as it weakened us. I disagree that it weakened us.

They haven't been of the required standard for some time now and no longer offered anything and we are no better or worse off without them.

He almost left last summer due to game time so depending on how Emery rates him he could be available. I love him, metronomic midfielder but would need protection in our league.

Thought he was outstanding in the couple of Paris games I saw in the champions league last season, will be a top player.
