I am sure that in the last 2-3 weeks that there will be some very big name players from the top European clubs who will move. The big clubs get their players in, and then when they are done, sell. I think maybe that's what Everton and a few others have been doing. Waiting for this period.

Would agree with you here.

But believe Williams is likely to join next week.
 
Look I shared something with @The Esk on Twitter before in the hope that he had heard the same, in which he confirmed he had and after seeing Joe Andersons tweet confirmed it even further but we are now pretty close to agreeing things with peel re the docks, this came from a very good friend of mine who had contacts within the club via EiTC, esk will confirm this, but Moshiri is VERY close to securing us our dockside stadium, to me that will be a massive statement of intent

Not sure of exact timings nor what is still required for agreement, but the above is accurate
