Everton Transfer Thread 2016

Napoli have no need to sell mate for one and it seems we're going up against Chelsea. From the players' perspective - a bit like with Witsel and Juve - he seems to prefer them.

However, there were rumours a few weeks ago that Koulibaly (out of all the big names) was the most unlikely. We seem to have moved on and got another target instead.

With Witsel we're still very much in for him, as he quite clearly hasn't discounted a move for him yet but is hanging on (or rather, his team is) in the hope that Juve stump up a bid that comes close to matching ours (which is 30million EUROS)

Thank you, you've lifted my spirits..

Coleman Gueye Barkley Baines

Mata
Lukaku Bony

Would be interesting for sure if this is what Koeman has in mind. No obvious places for Mirallas Deulofeu or Lennon. Mata would suggest that Ross would either be dropped back or dropped completely.

The other option would be Bony Jags and Mori are destined for the bench, we play 4231 with Mata wide and we have another holding midfielder signing planned (potentially Carvalho) to sit with Gueye.

I'm coming round to the view that the massive funds that are supposedly available do not exist. In fact I'd go further and think that BK has fallen for a lot of spin and nonsense from the new "owner" as has Ronald Koeman. Even when this guy bought in it didn't look like he had the wherewithal to deliver what he promised and then the waters were muddied by his supposed links to Usmanov. That rumour has just disappeared now. This does not look good

You really think that Moshiri has lied to Koeman, BK, the board and the fans? He has just paid 8 mil for koeman and £200 mil (whatever) for the club!! Of all the reasons we are not buying players IT IS NOT BECAUSE WE RE SKINT

So bill kenwright who sold off everything. In 16 has hardly invested a penny. Our debt on transfers in that time is probably less than 1mil per season.

But apparently he's been had off by Farhad Moshiri. Who has done more in 6months to move the club forward than bill did in 16 years
The happy clappers are out in force this week

Again.... Not being pedantic but what exactly has he done in 6 months???

Mirallas Barkley Mata Yarmolenko

Lukaku

Something like that for our first team would suit me nicely. I'm sure plenty will disagree, especially with Yarmolenko but I would still take him for the right price.
Just need to get the right keeper in - maybe Leno?

In real terms chances are this won't make a difference, but I reckon anything with Mata will soon progress once Pogba signs on the dotted line.

When are we signing Body Mass Index?

Highly doubt Yarmolenko is even a target now, seemed very much a player Martinez wanted and no one else.

Surely we must go all in for Mata now?
Would be a great signing for us.
And it's about time he went back up on the transfer banner at the top of the page and replace Lukaku who is going nowhere! (hopefully)
