Indeed. That's what I thought he did. Apparently that's wrong though.

In that analogy I guess it's more like the manager is the Chef. The DOF runs the joint. They collaboratively discuss what the menu is going to look like, and the DOF buys the ingredients for the Chef to cook up.

Mostly agree, what about 'shop championship, U21, YOUTH?' that's where stones, Rooney, Barkley and other quality evertonians have come from.

All this Moshiri cash - we're running around like its boxing day sales, over looking where we've found quality previously.

Dreaded this.

Wouldn't really concern myself too much with that considering we're not spending any money.
