if you sign mediocre players then that's exactly what you're going to be. Williams is a decent signing, but Kone and Bolasie are ridiculous - what happened to the big names we were linked with?

I'd rather have nobody than a bunch of average no marks.

That's what people said about Leicesters signings too.

Thing is we are signing players who are tried and tested and played well for their respected clubs in the premier league.

The modern fan always seems to be about signing foreign lads for 20 plus million who are on FIFA or great in FM

Also we have been average in the last couple of season i am not sure why people think we can sign top players still we don't even have Europe to dangle at them anyway.

As for untested European's maybe Walsh and Koeman have a list that hasn't panned out or maybe those guys are not available who knows.

Galloway out on loan to the barcodes for a season for me is more upsetting than stones going - he was the most promising youth players till injury imo!

Why is that upsetting? It's a loan. We get money while he gets better by playing rather than sitting on the bench doing nothing. Then he comes back.

People are ignoring them because they have been appearing for weeks, shame the players haven't.
