Leaving the last couple of weeks to do the last few bits is fine however we've left it to do the large majority ins and outs of our business.

Very strange indeed.

Imo very simple

Came in at the pre esason stage, fairly has given all the squad an opportunity to impress and remain in employment

Now has seen who will stay and who is not requured

Targets identified after the above stages

Targets start to arrive after the above

Squad will be near to being ready soon

Timelines is not perfect but it is a long season, walsh arrival is long term effect with little immediate impact. Ideally yes we wanted signings earlier but for reasons above not possible....

Sensible approach all round...new manager, new players, new tactics, new ethos, new backroom ALL take time...chill
