if you're being serious, then as it stands should we get Bolasie and Kone over the line for the reported figures, our net spend on transfers would stand at circa £15-20m. Factor in what was spent on compo for Walsh, Koeman and the rest of the coaching staff and you're looking at £25-30m.

If and I stress if, Lukaku is sold the we would have to be very busy in the January window.

I stress I do not believe he will be sold, he will sign a new contract.

I get that you're confident we won't sell him in this window. But if he doesn't sign a new contract he's surely going to be sold next summer (FFP and all that).
And its not, in my opinion a good policy to be buying big in January. Such a tough market at that time of year. Keep him for a year more (as with Stones) and take it from there.
Ps. I could only stomach a sale at this stage if we had a sufficient quality of replacement(s) lined up. And I don't see too many of those.
