Spunk the entire transfer budget, Cleverley's, McGeady's, McCarthy's, Niasse's wages on him if you have to.

Hart is heading into his prime years as a GK and is considered a top keeper, there is no way he will happily be Ter Stegens backup. If Ter Stegen joins City Hart will leave, but the money it would cost to get him, I'd rather offer it (and then some) to Stoke for Butland.
