Everton Transfer Thread 2016

We've lost 2 whole games in 10 under Koeman, both of which were meaningless pre-season friendlies for fitness. But since he isn't a "highly-rated young, exciting managerial prospect", Zat says he'll be a disaster. Bet he hates having Bolasie over Martin Odegaard, or Gana over Youri Tielemans. I'm certain his opinion would change on Barry if he was 19-year-old wonderkid Gazzo Barario from FC Sion, too.

When was the last time we had a highly-rated young managerial prospect? Oh, yes. During one of the worst seasons in Everton history.

Koeman hasn't had a chance to prove himself with a team financially strong enough- which he's getting to do with us. As a player he was and is probably one of the best defenders EVER. He's won everything there is to win with some of the biggest clubs in the world.

I'm not saying he's a better manager than Mourinho, but Mourinho has always managed at clubs that have an abundance of money and were already top tier in their country. This is Koemans chance at that. It won't be hard to make Everton a force in Europe again especially with Mosh's banking.

Question for Esk or any ITKs on here..

Who exactly signs players for us? We've all joked for years about "delegations" & "wobbly trestle tables" but, who actually does the face-to-face with player & agent?

We know it's not Koeman (& Martinez etc..).

Just my uninformed punt, but I would say that whoever this is, is the weakest link at the club.

Kenwright........RK and Moshiri have both stated in the past fortnight that Walsh and Kenwright do the actual deals.
