With Hart ruled out, Kone seemingly less likely, and Gabbiadini 50/50, if we are going to be busy it seems we will sign 2 or 3 players that nobody saw coming, in true Everton style.

Butland would cost circa 40m and is unproven. Tom Heaton is a championship keeper. Hart over both.

Basically Stek is our no 1. I hope his form isn't just a purple patch otherwise this decision could ruin our season.

I agree not a great game today by any means. Last week he should have had two easy assists but Lukaku and Barkley lost their focus.

Does he do that all the time mate? Like consistently?

He looks immense but I've only seen him in the odd champions league game. Is he always boss?

Snippets I've read about the lad mate are, he had a great start to his career at Porto, but went off the boil big style, supposedly frustratingly inconsistent, he was a fans favorite, but they supposedly turned on him because of his attitude, Porto manager has also had a pop at him because of his attitude, expects everyone else to do the leg work to get him the ball. He also has third party ownership, so don't know how that would work.

The good things I've read about him, he's quick, skillful, and technically boss.
