I rate Oviedo higher than Galloway. Galloway may turn out good but right now I would always go with Oviedo. Played as a LB he's fine.

Galloway will start every week at WBA allowing him vital experience. He'll learn more playing every week at WBA than he would getting the odd game here and being behind Leighton Baines.

How would you know? For all we know Arsenal have been forced to move earlier than they wanted. Also, we may not have been interested earlier.

Oviedo was floored game after game last year at left back and even more so when he played right back
