I rate Oviedo higher than Galloway. Galloway may turn out good but right now I would always go with Oviedo. Played as a LB he's fine.

Agreed. Galloway is a better defender but he's a centre-half, not a full back. Oviedo is much more of a rounded full-back. Still think Oviedo is lacking though and if we hadn't got more prioritised positions then we would be replacing him.
