I think if(big IF) we are in with a shout then the only way we stand a chance is to pay the current asking price..If we wait till after the euros then I doubt we'll get a look in. Only my opinion

Boyko will pass medicals in Beşiktaş tomorrow. Transfer sum is around 3.3 M€. I hate this transfer for his national career. Why Everton didn't go after him? It will be soo much better to play in England. Dnipro is selling their best players to financial troubles. So, the club won't be in the top 3 anymore, oh well.
