Spurs left it late to prevent us getting someone else in, they are experienced operators in the transfer market and we clearly are not.

You think they paid £30 million for Someone simply to stop Everton making a signing, get real they thought they could get him on the cheap & couldn't but fair play when required they did what they needed too to get the deal done.
