if the red noses get this ukranian wonder player they're waxing about the word i've received is Sturridge would be considered 3rd tier... would you pick him up on loan for the rest of the season...

i know your probably thinking injuries...but from what i'm hearing it's more a mentality thing and maybe a fresh start for a couple of months could find some form out of him
On the ale already lad, youl be hammered by kick off later :)

Just seen this via NewsNow from The Metro so bound to be true.....Ha!

Everton have reportedly joined Manchester United and city rivals Liverpool in the transfer race for Sporting Lisbon forward Islam Slimani.

The Toffees have been tracking the 27-year-old for some time and watched the Algerian international score twice in his side’s 3-1 win over Pacos Ferreira on Saturday.

And MailOnline claim Everton have now made contact with the Portuguese giants over a possible move for the player this transfer window.

The striker, who has 20 goals in 41 caps for his country, has a buy-out clause of £22.5million, though it is unclear whether that clause only comes into effect in the summer.

Everton boss Roberto Martinez is keen to strengthen his squad this month to turn around an alarming run of form that has seen his side win just one of their last 10 Premier League games.

Slimani has eight goals in his last five games and 21 for club and country this season.

Watched this guys a couple of times, great player

lol
A. I was only referring to a loan to the end of the year for Sturridge
B. As i said i have a credible source @ LFC unfortunately nothing for EFC and it's known around LFC fans that his injuries aren't legit
C. When they were at Chelsea I always wanted him and rom upfront for us and couldn't believe it when rom actually came

Islam Slimani looks good but he's no Yarmalenko

Have to disagree there he is 9/10 spot on. I don't know if he gets his information from another Twitter page like but he posts legit news hours or days in advance of papers reporting
Guess work, he deletes any he gets wrong. Hes claimed barkley was going to chelsea for 3 years now. Another Indykalia

But to even suggest Liverpool would loan a player to us... or that we'd want him... I mean, c'mon

I can see the sentiment mate but essentially that is signing a striker that is hardly fit on the face of it and hoping they suddenly stop being injured just because we have signed them.
