Listening to RM at the conference I thought he was very neutral. Certainly was not optimistic but at the same time was not saying to forget transfer activity as it is not going to happen.

I think that Everton may have offers in for players, but , still completely uncertain if anything comes from those offers.
I think the manager did say previously that any activity would be at the very end..if any.
