So true ! Managed correctly and play to their strengths ! No-one in their right mind would've backed them for top 4 this season. They now have every reason to look at targets from a different shopping list than before - if they get Champs League then their stock soars whilst ours continues to dwindle !

Thats one of my biggest gripes about certain managers, especially last season with Martinez. You play to your TEAMS strengths, not to YOUR strengths. Playing people out of position isn't going to get a good result for you, playing players where they excel will.
