Nothing can ever be true until confirmed, naturally. But he's an avid Dynamo regular and also now a true Evertonian, so had his eyes peeled for Yarmolenko news about us.

The Arsenal summer move now also covered in the main Ukrainian sports site: http://football.sport.ua/news/292309

To be fair, that was posted by me on Friday I think. Sort of. Arsenal, Dortmund, and us made 100% firm bids this window. Dortmund and Arsenal will wait till Summer. Disputed (on here) word that we made a second bid this window.

All 3 clubs know the price to open talks with player this window, I assume that none matched it.

He may well join Arsenal, but there could be reasons he would not.

Report: Everton show interest in PSG's Salvatore Sirigu, deal unlikely before deadline

Everton are reportedly interested in Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu.

According to The Times, Everton have shown an interest in signing Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu - but a summer deal is more likely than one before Monday's deadline.

The Toffees have been quiet during this month's transfer window, signing only one player as Shani Tarashaj agreed a move from Grasshopper Zurich, only for the forward to return to the Swiss club on loan until the end of the season.

It remains to be seen whether under-fire manager Roberto Martinez makes a move before the deadline, but The Guardian believe that the Toffees are on the verge of signing Lokomotiv Moscow forward Oumar Niasse in a huge £13.5m deal.

Now, The Times report that Everton also have their eye on Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu, who has become something of an outcast in the French capital.

The Times believe that, with Everton goalkeeper Tim Howard coming in for criticism this season, Martinez may now look to bring in a new goalkeeper, and Italian international Sirigu is a top target - but it's stated that he is more likely to move in the summer than on Monday, where a transfer wouldn't be quite such a rush.

It's also suggested that Aston Villa and Sunderland are also keen on Sirigu, but a move to Goodison Park should be more appealing to the player, given how Villa and Sunderland struggle on a perennial basis and could even be relegated this season.
